Just curious because DH and I have had first names picked out for a while. Evelyn for a girl and Gordon for a boy(my grandmother's maiden name). Anyone else want to share your names or your favorites? We still haven't settled on MN yet, but I think we still have quite a while!

*Cautiously expecting baby girls on November 28, 2011*
No names picked out but we've started to narrow down a list...
Once upon a time we had a short-list but after getting our first BFP, somehow, that short-list was thrown out and we started the search all over again.
You could always call her Eva, full name Evelyn. I am a total nickname person, so we are going with Evie or Gordie.
I have a few I like, but don't love.
I will be honest, I am taking this week by week until the second trimester.
Then, we will talk names, and I will buy baby stuff.

We can't decide on a girl name. We keep joking that we are going to spend so much time trying to figure out a girls name that it will be a boy.
Boy - Lucas. Middle name will either be Daniel (DH's middle name and FIL's name) or Leonard Barry (2 middle names - my grandfather and DH's grandfather. They both passed away this year).

Im a nickname person too. DD is Gabriella but I NEVER call her that...she's Gaby. I'll have to do some convincing with DH.
We've had names picked out long before I even got pregnant. They're mostly family names.
Girl names:

Madeline Louise
Boy name:
William (my maiden name)

Do you watch Desperate Housewives? Eva Longoria character is named Gaby. Cute that yours could be that sib set. I love your DD's name and your name choices for Baby #2!

I am secretly hoping for a girl and a boy so we can name them Clara & William.
I love Ava for a girl...even though it's super popular.
For a boy we like Grant and Harrison.
My dilemma is that DD is Grace and I think Grace and Grant are too matchy-matchy. So if we have a boy he might just be Harrison Grant.
We have some picked out but will wait until the babes is actually born to decide.
Girl: Gemma or Harper
Boy: Wyatt or Jeremiah
Girl names: Ciana and Eastyn

Not sure on the middle name for Vincenzo, but I do know we will call him Vinny or Vin for a nickname.

Boy: Joshua Micheal ( We have had our boy name for over 5 years. Maybe we will get to use it this time. LOL)
Girl: Aubrey Ana
Boy: Dalton Leon (but the boy name is still up in the air a little)
Kinley is on my list too, I've never heard of or known anyone with this name....don't even know where I picked it up from but I think it's so cute an unique : )
We haven't really narrowed down the list yet... I don't want to get too far ahead of ourselves just yet. I think in 2nd tri I'll be able to really get into baby mode

Our last name starts with an "N" ....We really like:
Liam Michael (MN with Liam only), Elijah, Caleb, Cole
Emma, Elise, Madeline, Isolde, Zoe
Girl: Layla Katherine
Boy: throwing around Ethan, Owen, I like Liam but H isn't sold. The middle name will be Paul, that is the only set part we have on a boys name!
We didn't decide on Nolan until AFTER he was born. Actually my husband named him while I was still asleep from surgery but thats another story...
This time we are thinking of Reid, Ethan, Ian, or Miles for a boy
Madelyn (Maddie- yes I know its "overused" but my husband was called Matty as a child so we think its cute), Isabella (Izzy- again an "overused" name but maybe a different nickname will set her apart) and I LOVE Adele but DH hates it. I also like Lucy but she will probably have red hair (just like everyone else in the family) so that might elicit a million and one (LUUUUCCCY I'm home) and I'm not sure it will grow well. I'm almost definate it will be Maddie but I just want other options just in case she doesn't look like a Maddie.
We've loved the name Ashley for a girl for a while. We had one of those "When we have babies" talks before we were married, and I happened to mention it and DH LOVED it. I'm pretty sure we are going to go that. I'd also like to use my mom's name Kathleen as the middle name.
For boys, we've got a few we like, but DH isn't sold on any yet. I love Alexander, Andrew and Brett. I'd like to use DH's name James as the middle name. If we happen to have a boy, and he happens to come on November 6th, I told DH we should name him John Robert, after my grandfather who passed 3 years ago, that was his birthday.
DH and I have had names since before we were engaged.
Girl:Vanessa Anne (First name after a friend that passed early)
Boy: Anthony David (Anthony is my stepdad's (my daddy) name and David is his dad's first name and my biological dad's middle name)
We have to come up with two names, which is hard!
So far, for girls I have picked Calista and Gabrielle.
For boys....um...yeah, we aren't doing so well picking boy names. We do know that, if boys, their middle names will be Adam and Ernest (after his brother and my dad).

We might add a few more that we like but we aren't naming this one until it's out! And I don't want to find out the sex either. I had names picked out and when I had my miscarriage I threw those names away. It feels odd to have those names on the list again.I've had William picked out as a boy's name for years. My grandfather's name was William Robert, and I was kinda leaning towards that, but DH and I came up with William Reid, which I REALLY love. I think it's gonna stick. Especially since MIL's maiden name was Reed.
As far as a girls name, we can't come up with anything we love as much as the boys name. I am kinda leaning towards Gabriella (Gaby) but no clue for a middle name.
