WW questions

I need to do something different since I'm not working out the way I used to.  I've been considering WW but the feedback here tells me I should find something else.

What other things than WW can I use to?  I already track my food and my calories but I'm not sure how much I SHOULD be eating to maintain the weight that I want.

(sorry for the stupid questions)

  • If you are already good about tracking your calories I'd recommend SparkPeople.  It's pretty easy to use, their database is pretty comprehensive and it's FREE!  For losing weight I like WW because the points are designed to try and get you to choose healthier things by making their value lower (e.g. fruit and vegis are 0 pts on weight watches).  I've heard that their Points Plus system does not work very well for people who were already eating a lot of fruits, vegis and fresh foods.
