... but R slept through the night (10pm-6am) for two nights in a row!! I don't know what to do with myself, feeling all rested and whatnot! Of course, I still woke up every hour or so to make sure she was breathing... but I never had to get up!! God bless sleep.

Yay for sleep! I'm so happy your LO is letting you sleep! I don't hate you because Liam has slept through the night since he was born, except maybe 2 nights! We still have to wake him up in the morning to feed him because he sleeps so late too! I couldn't ask for a better baby! I bet you hate me now lol

LO is up to sleeping 4 1/2 hours straight for the past two nights (yay!!) ... but I'm still up checking the breathing ... maybe every two hours.

I'll join your pity party! I have times of 4-hour stretches, but usually it's from 1-2 hours.

Why did I open this? I don't hate you....hate's a really strong word. I'm just extremely jealous!

It's funny. When I was younger, I would get jealous of girls who had the better cars, boyfriends, and clothes. Now I'm jealous of mothers who have babies that sleep through the night! LOL

This. E gave me a few nights of 4 hour stretches. Then she moved to 3hr feedings and she RARELY sleeps more than 3 hours. The few times she has was during the day.

Ugh, I'm totally jealous! I already told DH that I'm pumping a supply of breastmilk so he can get up one night this weekend for all feedings and I can get at least 6 hours of sleep in a row! I can't wait! Of course, I'm sure my boobs will be rock hard and painful by the time I wake up, but I don't care! I need uninterrupted sleep so bad!

I had 3 days of 5 hours, then a night of 6 hour, then a night 7 hours... But that was a week ago and it hasn't happened since. Which is probably good because my engorged breasts were killing me. If she starts sleeping that long again I will have to wake up and pump... which is more work than just latching her in sidelay position and falling back asleep.
