Workout/Diet Tip:
Workout tip: Cardio cardio cardio.... You want to lose inches you have to put in the cardio! As the cartoon will tell you no cream or magic pill will help you lose weight.
Diet tip: Instead of telling people that you are on a diet tell them and yourself its a lifestyle change. Makes a world of difference on how you look at it!!!

I have run about 35 miles so far this week and still have my 16 mile long run this weekend for marathon training. Not really looking forward to it.
I also got a kettlebell a few weeks ago that I am in love with. It has really toned my arms and even my abs. I highly recommend getting one!

I LOVE the Jillian Michaels kettleball workouts. They're fun, not crazylong, but really effective.
Zumba's twice this week, and did some on-line workouts. I also did some yoga for the first time ever, it was a lot of fun.
I lost 2. something pounds this week. I am 8 pounds away from my highschool weight, and 15 from my wedding weight! I also was given some pants to wear in a few months when I get to my goal weight. I used to wear a size 13 Levis, this lady gave me an 8 and a 6. I got home, AND THEY BOTH FIT! Ha!
It is great to get a pay off from all the hard work and from cutting out all the food I love.
Ging, that is a lot of running!
Do you have the adjustable weights? Those look pretty cool. I only have a 10 lb. and it's starting to get a little easy.

Ive been doing my running this past week! Training for a half marathon thats in yeah two weeks. Suppose to run 8 miles today! Hope and pray I get this done!

I've done really well with my running this week (my best ever actually!) but took the weekend off from outside running because of crappy weather. I did 30 Day Shred instead- ugh!
I think I've lost about 3 out of my 10 treatment lbs that HAVE to come off before June 24th when we go on vacation. I need to step up with eating better if I want to get anywhere.
My Mom loves the kettleball workout, thinking about trying that.
While on the subject, has anyone taken Jillian's detox/cleanse supplement that goes with her workout? I feel like I need something to kick start my system but have done zero research on it.
