Another milk question and possible allergy to it

So DS has been on Organic Valley whole milk for a few days now. Since we have switched from the formula, Nutramigen, to whole milk his eczema has flared up again. We knew there was a potential for it to. The pedi told us to stop with cow's milk and switch to soy milk. I asked if rice milk would be ok and he said yes. Does anyones LO drink soy or rice milk? Is there any good informational sites for me to do research on about the above? thanks for any advice.
