1) A good double stroller, unless you are going to babywear
2) A second crib if you aren't going to transition LO #1 into a toddler bed before you need the crib before LO #2 needs it.
3) Helpful but not necessary- I bought a journal for each child to write down when they ate/slept/pooped, I wanted to be sure I didn't forget to feed anyone
3) You can't "purchase" this, but IMO it's important- an area in your home that is "baby proof" so you can relax when feeding LO #2 knowing that LO #1 is safe.
