1st Trimester
Update to 5w6d sono
Had it for cramping and an otherwise complete lack of symptoms.
Saw a sac, yolk, and the slooow start of a tiny flicker. Couldn't measure hb so I will go back in 2 weeks.
I am reassured now!

I had my 1st u/s on Monday, it only measured 5w6d.. same as you, sac, yolk, and a VERY faint heartbeat of 107 so my doc is having me go back next Thurs just to be sure the hb has gotten stronger..
