DD today and feeling impatient!

Hi Ladies,

I just need a kick in the ass to stop being impatient.  Today is my due date and my DH and I are getting impatient for labor to start.  I had an epi with my son but I am completely committed to med free this time.  As the days tick by I am getting more anixious about what will happen if I need to be induced.  I know I am days away from even talking about that but I can't help but get caught up in the fear.

My DS was born 3 days before my DD with him and I think that is why I am feeling impatient.  Remind me that the baby will come when she is ready!

    ok, by your own ticker you are only 39+6. 

    your siggy badge says "due in april".  there are still 17 days left in april.

    even on your due date it is only an estimated due date. 

    nothing stays pg forever.

    relax...calm yourself...enjoy the experience.

    I hear you, and I'm a week and a half out from mine.  It's hard to sit idly by and wait when you're a planner like I am!  Hope you find something to occupy your time and get your mind off of it.
