I bought the Mia in early March and so far I love it! My skin feels fabulous after using it, and I think I am seeing less fine lines. I was blown away with how nice my skin felt after the very first time I used it. I really think the only difference you would see between the regular Clarisonic and the Mia is that the regular one has a body brush, and a timer for when you change positions on your face. If you just plan on using it for your face, I think that the Mia is a better deal (thus why I bought it). Overall I don't think it is a must have product, but it is definitely a nice luxury.
I love my Mia. It is the only thing that keeps my early 30's acne (fun!) away! I have tried everything else, and this is the only thing that works for me. IMO, they are totally worth the price, either one.

I talked to my mom and she has had her (classic) for over 2 years and still holds the charge for 10 days at a time. She loves hers. I think I am going to jump on the band wagon too. My face is a mess after having #3 and I have more wrinkles than my mother. I found a 15% off coupon online for Sephora's first time customers. Looks like Nordstroms and Macy's carries Clarisonics too.

Re: NBR: Is a Clarisonic Worth it?
I have had mine since Feb of this year. I love it. I have the Plus. It has different speeds but I think the Mia would work just as well.
