If you are my FB friend then you probably know that our house sold after being listed for only 8 days, but then our buyer backed out.  Since she backed out we have only had 2 more showings and it has been about 3.5 weeks since the last showing and we have now been listed for 2 months.  I know that in the grand scheme of things 2 months is not a long time, but we have a lot riding on selling this house and need to get on with it.  Even now with the daycare situation we would prefer to wait until we move to move him so that his new center would be in a more convenient location to where we will be living and not where we are right now. 

I am just starting to feel stressed about this and am getting discouraged but anyway, we finally have a showing again tonight and we could use some good vibes that this person is serious and will want to buy our house! (or even that another buyer comes along very soon!)

    Good vibes for you!!!  Ugh, I'm so sorry your buyer backed out.  That's what happened to us with our first buyer too, and it was so frustrating!  It took us about 5 months to sell our house, total. 

    I hope you get another offer soon!

    Good Luck!! After finishing out house ordeal a couple of years ago I swore it'd be 30 years before we could think about moving again!! Such a headache anymore! Hope things work out soon for you and it's an easy transition for you all!

    sending good vibes.  It took us 4 months in total to sell.  So hang in there.

    Hang in there!  We sold our house in 9 months and had 30 some showings... so it was definitely a trying process.  Hopefully picks up since its spring. Good luck!
