  • Not much new here either.  I have started feeling some movement again, still random and tiny though, just like a few weeks ago.  Waiting for those kicks to get stronger!

Had my quad screen done this week, waiting on the results.  My u/s is next week, so I'll probably get them then.  I can't believe it's next week!  Seems like time is flying by and creeping at the same time.

NreallyBR, but my birthday is tomorrow and I've had a pretty bum week.  Today has been especially bad so far.  I don't know if it's the pg hormones or what, but I've just been so down the past fews days.  Been having alot of trouble with DS too.  Any happy dust you guys could send my way would be appreciated :)

MrsMikey, I hope your week picks up. Happy Birthday!

Same old stuff here - baby girl is moving a ton. We finally moved E into her big girl room so we can start on the nursery, right now it looks like a bomb went off there. I'm a little freaked out about being 23w because I feel like the next couple weeks are such a sucky gray area of pregnancy, but hopefully nothing will happen. If I can make it to Monday without being on bed rest I will be a very happy camper! (not because I need to be on bed rest, but by 24w with E I had already been admitted to the hospital).

*hugs* ITA agree with the comment about pgcy flying by and creeping by. It's like we're already halfway done and it doesn't feel like it's been that long, but at the same time, I know I still have a loooooooooong (hopefully) 20+ more weeks ahead of me.

Happy early birthday - next week will be better, we get to find out what our babies are!!!!

  • 2 weeks and 5 days until baby girl is here! i'm getting super excited, but also completely overwhelmed. we're *thisclose* to starting to build our house and so we're in a tiny apartment. add that to trying to get work ready for maternity leave and i'm swamped!

this may sound silly, but i get to go to my nursing bra fitting today - i never made it that far last time!

  • I had an appointment yesterday with my obgyn and everything looks good. I will be 28 weeks on Friday. I go back in 2 weeks which is exciting for me because I never made it past the appointments every 4 weeks in the last pregnancy. I am finally starting to feel the baby move some. I have an anterior placenta which is why I haven't felt him much.
Conceived twins with IVF January 2008. Lost baby a at 20 1/2 weeks due to premature rupture of membranes and held onto baby b. Baby b (Brandon) born at 26 weeks and 1 day on July 5, 2008. Wesley born full term on June 29, 2011. My blog http://karenandstu.blogspot.com Lilypie Premature Baby tickers Lilypie Pregnancy tickers image
  • So glad to hear that everyone is doing well.

Mrsmikey sending you (((hugs))) hoping today is a better day for you.

Today was the day my c-section was scheduled to happen. So it is kind of a bittersweet day for my. My LO is almost 3 weeks old when he really shouldn't even be here yet.

Hope every one continues to do well.

  • Hi girls.  Uneventful week for me too.  I see the OB tomorrow for my 30 week appointment, and I'm on an every-other-week schedule now till 36 weeks.  DH and I were talking yesterday and it finally hit him that my last pregnancy lasted only 4 weeks longer than I am right now.  There is still so much to do...but in a way we feel much more prepared since Parker showed up unexpectedly for this first time mom...and now that I'm a veteran I think we realize that we can get through a lot.  I'm hoping for a full-term baby still...and the fear gets to me some days more than others.  But, I'm trying to stay positive and willing myself to have a full-term baby.  :)  Only 6 more shots to go...  :)
