First drs appointment

DS had his first doctors appointment today - we knew he was a porker but oh my. He was born 7lb 8oz, dropped down to 7lb 2oz by day 2 but as of today, 10 days, he's 8lb 3oz. Which puts his weight in the 50% - his height is in the 75% - and his head is in the 10% ... so he's long and tiny headed. His heal stick came back and everything came back normal so my medication + DH's family history of spina bifeda didn't carry over! We're beyond thrilled.

Yay! Landon went from 6.15 at birth to 6.12 when we left the hospital, to 6.14 at 4 days, to 7.14 at 2 weeks. Even then he was still in the 15th percentile for weight. He was 20.5 inches at birth and 20.75 at 2 weeks (50th percentile).

His 2 month appt is next Friday... I bet he's over 10 pounds.
