TTC After a Loss 6 Months+

Update: Follie Check

I have 10 measurable follies at around 10mm.

6 on left

4 on right

lining 7.6

But I also have "a lot" (their words) of unmeasurable ones (that will likely turn into measurable ones soon) on both the left and right side.

Ganarelix starts tonight and maybe ET on Sat.  I go in now daily now b/c they are concerned about OHSS.  sigh.

Oh and I am now breaking out in rashes.  They don't seem to think it is due to meds, so I will treat and see how it goes.

Re: Update: Follie Check

  • I really hope it isn't OHSS, I have heard that is so so painful after they do the ER.  I will keep my fingers crossed that you get a ton of follies without the OHSS.  Please keep us posted on everything!!

  • I hope you don't have an issue with OHSS.  The numbers sounds great though!  That's weird about the rash, do you have alergies or are you stressed about all of this?  If I stress I get a rash.  Hopefully it will go away soon for you and it's not related.

  • I hope you don't have to deal with OHSS. And the rash could be stress induced, try to relax and be "zen" like. I know it's easier said than done but you're responding very well to the meds! Think happy thoughts!!!

I get allergies and I have eczema, which has caused rashes in  the past, so it could possibly be eczema.   To be honest, I haven't been that stressed out about IVF, just stressed about driving to work, but that is always the case b/c I hate driving and I have a commute in a very busy area.  But I am kind of anal about the rash thing b/c I am allergic to pen., latex and soy so... yeah.

Your commute would stress me too.  I don't miss the traffic in Northern VA.

  • Woman you will be in nothing but babydoll dresses and drawstring sweats by Saturday. Really hoping those 'things' turn into measurable follies without reaching OHSS stage.

HUGE hugs. I know this is a PITA stressful time and I wish you nothing but the best!

  • I hope the follies continue doing so well!  That is great news!

And may the OHSS stay far away from you.
