Ok ladies, I am in need of a major food intervention here. Before I got pg I considered myself to be a pretty healthy eater and I worked out very regularly 4+ days at the gym plus daily walks with my dogs.Once I found out I was pg though my eating has been out of control to put it mildly. I have been indulging in every single craving I have- queso and chips, pizza, baked goods, sugary cereal you name it! I have been feeling much better in my second tri and have begun working out regularly again but I am still eating terrible. Does anyone have some words of wisdom or ideas on how I can reign in my junk food cravings?

Really, I wanted a mini-buffet of the above plus a slice of pizza, a few wings, a soft taco or two and I'd nead a cookie of course for dessert! Good thing that would involved way too much work to get all of these cravings!
