Ugh... anyone else have the simplisse electric pump?

We spent a ton of money on this thing b/c my husband read somewhere that it was the best brand and I was too tired to do anything buy take his word for it. I'm having major trouble keeping the hoses connected to the actual pumpers... I have to hold them in firmly the entire time I am pumping or there isn't enough suction or they totally fall out.

Am I doing something wrong or did I just get ripped off? I've read the directions about a thousand times and I've reassembled the pumps again and again without better results. I was given a very firm warning at Babies R Us when we bought it that I cannot return the thing once I've opened it. :(

    Thank you Amy! I just called them and they are sending me some replacement parts, apparently this is a known issue with some of the pumps sold at Babies R Us and they're more than happy to help fix it :)

    I am currently using the Simplisse electric pump, and I absolutely love it! I have also had to contact their customer service in the past with some questions about assembling and using the pump. I was happy to find that they were really friendly and helpful. I was also impressed with how quickly they responded. I'm sure they will be able to help you out, too. Good luck!
