Anyone else have spotting at 11DPO or right after +HPT?

I started spotting this am, just light pink mixed in with my discharge that came out in my underwear. About 2 quarters put together in size. It has since stopped but if I check internally I can see some brown spotting mixed in with my cm, but VERY little.

I am having some cramping (have been for a few days) but it isnt bad and isnt even as intense as a normal menstrual cramp. Im trying not to stress about it but I cant help it. I had a m/c a few years ago and I just feel like it might be starting all over again. My hope is that it is just some late implantation bleeding, but according to research, it isnt possible to get a positive HPT and THEN get implant bleeding b/c implantation is what makes the pregnancy hormone. 

I guess all of that is to say I just wanted to know how common this type of spotting is at this point in the cycle for a healthy pregnancy. 

I called my doc already and am waiting for him to return my call to hopefully get some betas and prog testing. Until then Im on pins and needles.

    I truly hope it turns out to be nothing! I think as long as it stops and doesn't turn red, you should be ok. Praying for you!

    Yes, I had this. I asked about it when I scheduled my first appointment and they said it was most likely leftover from implantation and nothing to worry about. So, according to the nurse I talked to, implantation bleeding CAN occur after BFP. It just takes the blood some time to get through. Mine has since stopped. GL to you! I hope its nothing!

    I got my BFP at 12DPO and I spotted for 3 or 4 days prior to that. Really light brown spotting.

    I got a BFP at 9 DPO and have consistently spotted since 14 DPO with cramps. Spotting ranged from little light brown spots to larger darker brown with a couple reddish spots in the middle. I found out today it was a cyst on my corpus luteum causing the problems.  Hopefully it is nothing but I would check in with your doc anyway.  GL!

    I got my BFP 3/22 and no spotting until last week.  Then I had small amounts of spotting off and on for the past week.  I called my Dr. and they said not to worry about it unless it gets red and heavy with severe cramping.

    Im praying that this is the case. Just got off the phone with my nurse and she is rushing a referral to an OB for me to see if we can get beta's checked and stuff. She said that it's probably nothing, but she said if it gets any heavier than it is now to go straight to the ER because I have had previous m/cs. She was awesome and made me feel so much better about everything. It seems to be stopping so I just hope that it stays gone and I will feel so much better.

    I had spotting last weekend, but it has since stopped.  The others gave great advice.  It is common and doesn't always indicate a problem.

    This happened to me as well. I got my BFP 12DPO and had pink spotting 13 DPO. My betas were checked and all is well so far.  Hope all is well for you!

    Hey girl! yeah it has been a bit stressful, but it looks like the spotting has stopped for now so I hope it was just late implant spotting. Luckily my OB is cool enough that she fit me in tomorrow to go ahead and check things out. Im much more at ease now that it has stopped. I just decided to take it easy and lay around for most of the day just in case it helped any. It couldnt hurt at least. But my HPTs are getting darker so Im gonna take it as a good sign haha.

     

    How are you doing girl!?!? Ive missed you! Any symptoms yet?

    Karaknr, I'm having the same spotting today at 16 dpo. I'm actually at my ob's office right now for my second beta. Hope your ob gets you in and betas go well!

    Yes, I had some spotting the day after, and then again for several days last week. I am still pregnant as of now.

    Oh kara :( I had spotting for 4 days straight.... so far everything is good with betas etc. I hope yours is nothing as well! It is true that hcg is made after implantation starts, but its a process that takes several days.

    :( I know girl, I read your weekend post. So far the little bit that was there is pretty much gone. The only time I can even see anything other than white CM is when I check internally and even then its barely there. So Im feeling a bit better about it especially since Im seeing the OB tomorrow. Im hoping all is well for both of us!!!
