Safe Face Wash
I was told by my doctor not to use any face wash geared towards acne because the chemicals could be harmful for my baby, and then I saw on the internet not to use Dove soap. What face wash can I use that isn't harmful while I'm pregnant?!?

I'm using this gel wash from Whole Foods. It's made from African Black soap. it is natural but has some type of anti acne properties. also i heard one is good from Belli. I haven't used it but I might try it when this runs out.

I use Cetaphil as well.
I use Cetaphil most days, then if I start to break out I use ProActiv. Dr. said it was fine to use even in 1st trimester.
