Do u still put a hat on LO to sleep? If not, when did u stop?

    We only put hats on when the babies were in the NICU still learning how to regulate their body temp.  Now that they have that down, there is no need for a hat.  It is just as bad to overheat a baby as it is to have it too cold...

    LO never wore a hat to sleep.  And she only wore one outside for about a week.  She hates them so we stopped putting them on her.

    We only used a hat for sleeping when at the hospital and that was only the first night.  She hates hats.  And screams bloody murder when I try putting them on her no matter the fabric.  I tried crocheted ones, Gerber 0-6 month ones, she gets super angry no matter what.

    I haven't put her in one in a while but it's been warm here if the house was cold I would but that's just me.

    No. DS's head is in the 10% and tiny so hats never stay on.  He wore one in the hospital - though even that one refused to stay on.

    I did until he reached about a month--that's when it started consistently being 80-90's here!

    We keep it cold in our house, so he's always wearing hats.  He doesn't mind them at all.  He doesn't wear them outside though.  I'm in AZ, so it's getting really hot here.
