My son will be starting Kindergarden this fall. Our sitter watches our son and 4 other preschool age children in her home. She has worked VERY hard educating all 5 of them for 4 years now, getting them ready for knidergarden. Her hard work (and ours) has paid off. All the children are ready for school. She has taught the all kids ABC's, all of them are reading and writing, and also addition. I was trying to think of a nice gift to give her. She already starts to have tears in her eyes just talking about the kids leaving her in the fall. I don't want a general gift, something sentimental maybe? My daughter will be staying there(she is only 4 months) but everybody else is leaving. Possibly a group gift from all the "graduates"![]()
Re: Help, need advice
What about a photo book with pics of each of the kids and maybe a picture of a picture that each of them drew for her with a message to her? That way she can always remember this crew.
ETA: I'd combine that with something else as a show of appreciation like a GC somewhere.
