I just had salmon, steamed veggies and some Special K chip/crackers. YUM! I'm trying really, really hard to be healthy..... as DH just wolfed down a ton of m&m's, lol

Add everything to crock pot. Put about 1/2 cup of water in as well. Cook on low 8 hrs or high 5-6 hrs. Add in a pack of fresh mushrooms for the last hour. Then add sour cream and/or cream cheese (the amount is your preference) and warm through. I serve this over egg noodles (I use the No Yolk brand).

1 lb stew meat
2 cans Campbells GOLDEN mushroom soup
1 T Worcestshire sauce
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 packet of Lipton onion soup mix
