XP Dear bump Gods - HELP

Dear Bump Eileen/Bump Gods/Bump-anyone-that-can-help,

I know you're all busy, but I thought I'd plead my case here on the boards. I have not been able to log into my profile since February. Can someone please please please please help me with this. Whenever I try I get an error message that starts with 

Server Error in '/profiles' Application. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.My emails have gone unanswered (I know you're all busy) but in case it was overlooked, maybe someone can see this and help me. Thanks!!!!

    Have you tried deleting your whole siggy and starting over? That has been working. For most people ... just save your ticker code somewhere.

    ETA: reading comprehension fail on my part, you have a different problem, sorry.
