skin irritation...help!

My daughter has a slight skin irritation on her face and arms, is there anything I can do to clear it up? Cool sponge bath etc?

    If it's heat rash, you can wipe her down with chamomille tea twice a day.  Just boil the tea, get it to room temp and use a washcloth to wipe it on her.  I did this and it cleared up in a day!
