do they tend to give 50/50 placement or what has your experience been?

my x is trying to get 50/50 placement and im scared that it will actually happen. he has had here overnight 2 days out of her life and right now just watches her while im at work.

he has no job, lives with his mom and has a crazy girlfriend(i have proof of the crazy)

    GAL only interest is what is best for the child.

    You don't mention the age of your LO.  And just b/c he has no job but watches you LO while you work, you just described a SAHM and the main caregiver of your LO.

    50/50 isn't the end of the world and it's not the end all be all the custody/primary residence of the child can be revisited as necessary as the child grows.  It never makes much sense for a child to live 1or 2 days here then there when they are school age.

    More than likely, if the current arrangement is working for all parties then it will probably remain the same and just be a formalilzed arrangement.

    GF crazy is not relavent to the procedings.  GFs come and go.

    i guess you couldnt see my tickers, she is almost 4 months, and he sees her ONLY while im working, dosent have a job bc he wants to get out of paying for her
