My first two girls I had very easy pregnancies! With the last two DC's and this one now they have been very hard as far as morning sickness goes. I lost 10-15 lbs in the 1st trimester with all three and it took 5-7 months for morning sickness to go away =(
Find out next week if I am having a boy or girl. But I can tell you that during my 1st pregnancy I had a much more unstable pelvis than I do now. I carried DS#1 low, but this time I am carrying high and my hips don't hurt quite as much as they did at 20 wks during the last pregnancy. Me thinks it may be a girl this time around, but we won't know for sure until next week.
Even before we found out this little one is a boy everyone predicted it since my pregnancies have been so different. Much sicker with this one (still nauseous), more tired, more intense movement... I'm even carrying him differently - DD liked to hang out transverse so I had that spread out look rather than a prominent bump. This time my belly is out there for everyone to see
I have a boy and am pregnant with a girl, and the pregnancies have been very similar so far. The only noticeable difference is that I'm craving different foods this time around, and I'm just generally hungrier.

I don't know if I'm having a girl or not, but this pregnancy has been quite different from my son. I started to wonder about the old wives' tales about girls causing morning sickness and boys making you crave sweets, but then I talked with another mom who had 4 boys, and ALL of her pregnancies were as different as night and day. I don't think there is really anything in that theory, although it's fun to think of to pass the time until the gender scan!
I have a boy and a girl already and am having my third which is a girl. I do see similarities in all my pregnancies, but there are differences too. Like with my son, I gained a lot less weight. I felt like when I was pregnant (now) and with my previous dd I was STARVING all the time and gained more with the girls. I was never starving with my ds. I can definitely say I carried differently with both my dd. I just look rounder with the girls and wider, with my ds it was all in my belly. I had headaches with all of them, was very tired with all of the pregnancies. The food adversions were different -with my ds I couldn't stand the site of italian food such as marinara sauce etc, loved orange juice and I normally hate it. With both dd's pregnancies I don't really care for chicken, the thought of anything buffalo style or with bbq sauce aka wings makes me sick and I crave a lot of baked goods...who knows tho...For my ds and my first dd their heart rates were exactly the same at the anatomy scans-152, for my new dd it was 149-so all of their heart rates were very similiar..

My first trimesters were very different. I was much sicker and nauseous with my girl (the second one) and with DS I had nothing. I was also much more sensitive to smells with DD than I was with DS and I craved spicy foods with her. My second trimester has been identical between the two, I feel like my normal self again! My weight gain is almost exact too.

With my daughter I was never sick. I was more round and gained everywhere.
With my son I was sick until 24 weeks. I gained less and had the typical basketball belly.
With this one I am still sick and am gaining everywhere. We think it's a girl but don't know yet.
