  Yes! The black bean burger recipe is actually one that Miller shared (in a WFD post), two weeks ago. We make them, last Friday (doubled the recipe, then froze half), too. They are SO delish!

  In the past, we've always done more "traditional" sweet potatoes (whether baked or grilled); however, we always have a ton of jerk seasoning on hand (since the jerk chicken pasta dish is one of our favs), so I recently came across this preparation/recipe and thought we'd give it a whirl. They are SO good, and the savory flavor (IMO) pairs better with burgers than using butter, brown sugar, etc.

  black bean burgers (note: we had/used panko bread crumbs, so we had to use more than double the called for amount of bread crumbs, but it worked out)

  spicy (grilled) sweet potato chips

  Sure thing! Unfortunately, that one is at home (and I don't think it is available online, as it was passed from a friend). I'll post it, tonight, when I get home. Since DH is the one who usually makes it, I don't want to go off memory and guess on the exact amounts of butter, whipping cream, and jerk seasoning.
