So Kawaii is starting to come out with some new prints. Go figure, I just bought the last few diapers I needed to finish my stash and now they come out with new cute prints. I must resist buying more diapers. If I keep buying them how am I saving any money by CDing?

I do not CD but, I wanted to let all of you CDing mommas know that Kirky and I are doing a joint CD giveaway this week! Kirky did the review since I have zero knowledge of CDs.

Where are you seeing the new Kawaii prints?
I'm so annoyed. Kawaii overnights are my favorite nighttime diaper. They are almost bulletproof. Last night, D decided to sleep from 7:30 to 5:30 a.m. I picked him up out of his crib to feed him and his back/side was dry. No leaks.
I put him against me to feed him and I felt wet. He had leaked a little out of his diaper. Must have happened right at that moment. But when I went to change his diaper, the inserts were almost dry. WTF? This almost never happens and I have no idea how his houdini penis did this.

ETA: I use a flushable liner, but I still do have to swoosh a little. I think if I didn't use the liners I'd buy a diaper sprayer.

Yes, OS. Did you just switch to a new FB elastic? These are new so they shouldn't be worn out or anything.
You probably already know this, but you can tighten/loosen the elastic on the legs and the back. FB don't work well for us. I sold the two I had.
I am not a fan of FB. I know a lot of people love them but I am not one. I don't hate them and I don't love them. I really like my BG and my Kawaii's because they have a flap that covers the insert in the back. I know it's not a big deal I can just tuck the FB insert in but now that M is moving around I have to watch to make sure the insert doesn't poke out. I also don't know if my FB will last until she is potty trained. The rise seems smaller than my BG or Kawaii.
I haven't decided if I am going to sell it or not.
Yeah, I love my BG OS. Sigh...I may have to sell the FB. We bought eight of them so I wish they actually worked. I really am starting to hate them. We use prefolds a lot too but it is getting harder since DS is now so squirmy on the changing table. He flips all the way over and I have to try to put the diaper on backwards. It makes it impossible to do a fold.
I was going to get prefolds to finish my stash but I decided not to because M is a wiggler.
I only use hemp. I hate MF, and hemp absorbs so much better. It makes my diapers much trimmer too. I will, however, use a very thin microfleece(not fiber) insert at night to help the absorption rate.
My check in: I tried a new overnight solution the other night because DS has been soaking his RaRs stuffed with hemp (like 4-5 layers) and leaking by around 3 am. So I tried a fitted (Little Lions) and a Flip cover with a couple hemp doublers inside the cover. It was all soaked by morning, but he went 14 hours! I only have the one fitted, and I'm not a fan of the Flip cover, so I'll be doing some ordering this week.
I love my Flips
I gave up using the changing table due to the wiggling. I change her on the floor and it's a lot easier to put a prefold on her that way. She now starting to learn that she has to stay still while I'm changing her, she's still wiggly but it's much better than when she just learned how to squirm.
