Where can I find cotton dresses?

I'm having a friend make "big sister/little sister" dresses for me.  I really want to find some pretty simple, white cotton dresses to send her.  Has anyone seen these anywhere?  They don't have to be white necessarily - pink or green could work too.  I'll need a newborn and a 24 month/2T.  Help!

    American Apparel has cotton tank dresses. I think they come in white and a couple of other colors.
