I would love to know the answer to this.  We had a party last night as well.
  • Loading the player...
  • I hand him over to his dad for "quality time."

it'd be interesting if it was correlating hours... if that's the case, i am taking away his cell phone.

We were up from 2:45 CST until a little after 4:30.  It was awful. She didn't want to rock, didn't want to eat, wanted to be put down, wanted to be picked back up, wanted to crawl, etc.  She just couldn't get settled.

  • Time?  I know during mental leaps and developmental milestones, they tend to be more wakeful.  Although DS sleeps like crap, it is better for us all if I don't fight him when he wakes.  Either we're both miserable for two hours or one of us is tired and we both have fun.

  • If N wakes for a feeding, it's usually between 2-4am. I make sure to not say a word to him, no lights get turned on and I only hold him to nurse, I usually stroke his face and head when he eats. This has seemed to work for us.

  • I'm relatively sure we are in the 26th wonder week bonanza. IDK. His sleep has gone to crap literally since he turned 6 months.

  • This may sound terrible, but A wasn't ready to go to sleep last night after his feeding. I just walked out and got in bed. I listened to the monitor and he babbled and did a little fussing but fell asleep after 10 minutes. I heart him, but he was fine and wasn't upset, so I left and let him do his thing.
