To eat or not to eat???

So I am not for sure but there is a possibility that my MW may induce me tomorrow. I am wondering should I eat (I was about to prepare a meal.) or just keep it light until my appointment tomorrow (which is at 830 A.M.)

I see people who get induced right after they go to there OB appointments and they didn't know. So I am thinking if I keep it light I should be fine.

    i got induced and new i was going to do to pre-e and they told me to eat before i got to the hospital...since iwas due to be there at 7pm and i wouldnt be able to eat until after the baby was born. The doctor also told me to eat something i wouldnt miss because most people throw up during labor. I didnt but i guess some people do lol. 

    That being said i was to nervous to eat. We went to friendlys on the way to the hospital and i think i ate like 3 french fries and felt like i was going to throw up.

    I was induced and was instructed to eat before going to the hospital.... so I had a big spaghetti dinner, went to the hospital, then the next morning they had me order breakfast (light) even after starting petocin... I got a belgian waffle with strawberries and whip cream and a fruit and yogurt parfait LOL...

    I think you should eat... lol

    I would eat and eat as big a meal as you want. Induction does not mean baby right away. Inductions can take a day (like DD#2), or 3 days as in my DD#1's case. It all depends on your body. My doctor let me eat during my induction a couple weeks ago "until you get the epidural" he said.

    I was scheduled to be induced and was instructed to eat light - soup, fruits, etc. I went into labor on my own and didn't eat a thing and man was I kicking myself for not eating - I cried in the l&d room because I was so hungry and the every 3min contractions reminded me of that. So do yourself a favor and eat!!
