I urge women or their family members to steer clear of Rush Maternal Fetal Medicine (WHC) practice. They have a new Dr. there that is absolutely dreadful, racially biased and an overall ***. Her name is Dr. Rouse-Ho. She treated me very badly and even argued at me. She came from California and she is bringing the practice down quickly. She came here in October and I'll be glad when she goes back. I checked various sites that rate doctors and I wasn't shocked to see that both a patient here and in California felt the same way. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HER. Especially if you're a minority.

Dr Rouse is an absolutely terrible physician. Her knowledge is questionable and she uses her own opinion (which contradicts other physicians) to guide her practice. It is unfortunate that she has joined an excellent group at Rush, but her partners are all great physicians so still worth seeing. Her attitude towards us was very negative and condescending and she treated us like idiots, although what we were saying was supported by others in the group. I did not feel like she had our best interest in mind and definitely do not recommend her to anyone.

    I am so thankful to read this my husband and I had the same experience and we thought it was just us.  This woman has the worst bed side manor of any doctor I have ever encountered.  I was sent to a heart doctor by WHC to have my visit be worthless because they did not have my medical records and had no idea why I was sent to them, She argued with us, was uneducated and told me my medial records did not get to where they need to be because the hospital is big.  I don't want this beast to deliver my baby do you know if we are allowed to have her not be apart of or medical team?  I am going to bring this post to the WHC and let them know how people are feeling.
