fastest way to dry up milk?

I'm not a breast feeding mother and when I had my daughter a few years ago, I was told to put frozen cabbage leaves on my breast and wrap them. 

Please tell me there is a better way..hahaha, i am due in a few weeks and the thought of cabbage breasts again, isn't very appealing.

Any suggestions on drying up milk will be greatly appreciated.

    The reason the cabbage works is because it is cold and the right shape for the breast.  You can use anything that is cold (cold pack, ice, etc)..Another was is a breast binder which you can find Babies R Us.
