The Cutest Thing Just Happend!

I was walking down the hallway at work and a patient was walking with her little daughter that must have been only about 3.5 years old and as she walked by me she turned around and asked "are you having a baby?" I was shocked that she could see my little belly and I replied that yes I am having a baby. As they continued to walk away I heard the mom ask her daughter how she knew that I was having a baby, because the mom couldn't tell.

 It was so cute and made me tear up. Aghh I am so excited to be a mommy, and love my new growing belly :)

    Aw little kids can *sometimes* say the best things!

    I worked at a gas station once that had a drive-thru (don't get me started on that, LOL) and a little girl apparently saw me while she was in the car, but insisted they come inside so she could tell me, "You are really pretty".

    Oh my goodness that is adorable...and you're right sometimes they can say some not so cute things :)

    I was only 7-9 weeks along when I watched my friend's kids for a few hours one night, and her 3.5 year old looked at me and said, "H, why is your tummy getting big?" (It was NOT big at that point either!) So I said, "I don't know, A, maybe I have a baby in there. What do you think?" Her response? "YEAH! Is it a baby brother, or a baby sister?"

     

    My other fav is a few weeks later with the same kid, I was just wearing a tanktop, and she looked at me and said, "I can see your 'boos'. That's where your milk will come out to feed your baby. But you'll need a pump to get the milk out. But that's okay. You can get one at Target."

    TOO MUCH CUTE. :)

    I work at a school and last week a few of the some 5th grade girls asked if I was pregnant. I think they were shy to ask, but after I said yes. One girl said "I can hardly tell." Almost as if to make me feel better that they weren't talking about my weight. I thought it was really cute. None of the littler ones at school have noticed yet though.
