Down 1.6 this week. Still losing what I gained in Hawaii but we're going in the right direction.
I have been eating on the run a lot this week which is challenging and I have skipped a lot of meals because of my schedule so I need to be very careful about that.
I haven't checked in for a while because, well, I haven't been weighing in. I'm having a really good week this week, though, and I've been diligent about tracking everything I eat. I weigh in tomorrow, so I'm hoping to see some movement in a downward direction.

I tracked everything I ate this week starting Monday. I went way way over today and Monday but kept within my range the rest of the week. I have lost over 2 lbs in 4 days. We will see how it goes!
I am down 9 lb this week. All thanks to the most violent stomach bug I have ever had. I really don't recommend that method of weight loss, but I lost a pants size in the process. It's nice to get something in return for the trouble. I probably gained 2 or 3 back tonight when I gorged myself at the Melting Pot. I have to go for a run to make up for it, no doubt.
I lost another 1.3 this week, which puts me below my initial goal weight! This is less than I weighed before Maggie. I am sure I will gain this week with all the birthday celebrating for Mike and Owen. But I'm so pleased. All my skinny clothes fit again. I love weight watchers!!
I'm the same this week, but I've made a new workout/diet buddy with a co-worker of mine. I hope it works out for us. I at least did good at the store today.
