Uma for a girl?

How do you feel about the name i quite like it and it is our list of options but would like a bit of feedback

    I like it as long as you have a cool last name. Uma Jackson isnt what I call cool. So it jsut depends.

    I also think of Uma Thurman, but it's not a bad association.

    The name itself is just ok to me.

    My daughter would have been Una if I could have gotten my husband on board. I'm starting to like the Oona spelling more and more ? maybe I can convince him next time.

    Uma is ok. I prefer Una, but I don't hate Uma.

    I also prefer Oona, spelled this way. Una looks weird to me. And to go a little further afield, I also like Orla.

    I love Uma. But Kill Bill is like, my second favorite movie of all time, so take that with a grain of salt.

    I do think Uma Thurman but it just does not sound like a nice name to me when I say it out loud.  It actually sounds kind of goofy.

    I have to agree with this.  I just don't think it's a pretty name.
