Cloth, but at daycare she wears size 3 Luvs. She is 17lbs. SIL pointed out that different brand diapers have different weight limits though. So her DD is in size 2 pampers even thought they are roughly the same size.
She's in 2 but I use Amazon Subscribe & Save and I changed the order for the next box to be size 3 because they're starting to get tight.
Perhaps I should have voted SS as well ... this is us exactly.

Same with me, but we are in 3's heading to 4's.
DS has acid relux and milk protein allergy, and had torticollis, used to EP,

April siggy 3-6 month
Born 7lb, 15oz, 21-1/4, 2 mo - 12lbs, 14oz. 25",
3mo - 14lb, 4oz 26in , 4 mo - 16lb, 1oz, 26 3/4 in, 5 mo 18 lb, 4oz 27-3/4 in, 6 mo 28 3/4 in 19lb, 14oz
DD is using size 2 during the day and size 3 overnight diapers at night because I can't find size 2. The size 3 diapers start out at 16lbs and I believe she's 16 maybe 17lbs. We'll find out at her 6 month appt tonight.
We already have a box of size 3 regular diapers and they are huge but I don't think we'll be purchasing size 2's anymore.
So I have a question. Our boys are in size 3s, but G weighs 21lbs. The size 3s say they go up to 28lbs (pampers) but now I'm wondering whether we should move up sooner rather than later. Should we not go by the weight?

I hope we go by the weight because I just bought another box of 3s!!

For pampers, I haven't found the weight to be the determining factor. I usually end up going by poop-splosions. If we have one, it might be situational. When we have 2 in a matter of days, it's time to investigate diaper sizes. Usually that's when I realize the fasteners are closer to his hips than his belly button.
I've also found that he's ready for the next size up about 1-2 pounds before the upper limit on the lower size (i.e., we moved up to size 3 when he was about 16-17 pounds, but the size 2s supposedly go up to 18 pounds).
I voted size 3, but with her solids she is now queen of huge poop - we didn't have a single blowout on BM/formula, now it feels like every other poop is enormous. So, I'm considering a move up to size 4 or another brand even though I feel like the 3s are still really big (e.g. the tabs are still overlapping).
Re: Six-monthers: what size diaper? (clicky)

Kirstin wears a size 3, when she is at her grandparents.
Other then that she is in OS cloth diapers.
