Do any ladies have any tips on getting sleep?
I have the body pillow, and love it - but I am having major issues sleeping lately... tossing and turning all night long. My body and mind will not shut-off!?
So far I've enjoyed every moment of my pregnancy but I'm not starting to like my sleeping patterns all that much - mind you I guess I won't be getting any one the baby arrive either!?
Anything I can take that is safe?
Thanks lovely ladies!!
Re: SlEePiNg TiPs?? Anyone?
A warm bath before bed, no TV before bed, etc.
Tylenol PM is perfectly safe, as the active "sleepy" ingredient is diphenhydramine (Benadryl). I take it a few times a week. Tylenol also has a product called Simply Sleep, which is just like Tylenol PM but without the acetaminophen. Unisom is another option.
lol, yea I had to open the post to figure it out.

Thank you! Same here. I was starting to think I was just getting old or something.
earplugs. When I have them in all I can hear is my own breathing, so I imagine blowing bubbles with every exhale. When my mind starts to wander into bills or conversations or to-do lists, I make myself picture blowing the bubbles again.
It sounds silly, but it works for me. (It's also convenient that the earplugs drown out background noise...like DH's snoring
)
Seriously. Is there a reason you did that? Were you on a roller coaster when you posted? You are giving me motion sickness trying to read it.
