    I live in East Dayton and our Krogers don't have those carts-b/c people probably took all of them!  I live there, so I'm allowed to say so Stick out tongue

    I hear you.  I live less than a mile from Kroger, and there is always at LEAST one cart on Beechmont Ave between our house and the store.

    There are carts all over from the Kmart by my parent's house where people take them.  People also walk their groceries home in the carts.  Huh?
