    I'm not looking for a rental but can I just say that if I am ever lucky enough to live in a house that has a rooftop party deck, I'm probably not ever going to move out of it. Ever.

    Ha, we have LOVED that deck, it is what initially sold us on the house.  Unfortunately we have outgrown the house, otherwise we wouldn't be moving.  I love my house and am legitimately sad to leave. :(
