f/u to Halloween post (really sad)

There was this kid who I am pretty sure did it.  He set our neighbor's dog on fire and so much of its body was burned that they had to put it down.  My neighbor also had children about 4 and 12 at the time, so you can imagine how tramatizing that was for them.  I'm pretty sure he's a serial killer now.  He had some major problems.  No one could prove it was him, but everyone knew it was.  He ended up in juvenile detention and I don't know what happened after that.
