-First, how many do you allot yourself a day?
-second, how do you get your calcium?
I'm allowed a little over 1610 calories a day and I'm having a hard time getting enough calcium as milk is awfully high in calories, and low fat yogurts and cheeses don't have a whole lot of calcium...

Re: For those who count calories and BF
Skim milk has less calories in it than juice, and most beverages. (I work for the dairy industry) : )
What about taking calcium supplements?
I don't count calories because quite honestly, I'm not good at it! lol
I only have about 10-15lbs left that I want to lose and I'm still nursing my 14 month old. I'm not quite as worried about supply as I used to be since he's older and breastmilk isn't the biggest part of his diet anymore. However, I signed up for weight watchers because the point system is easier for me to handle and it allows me extra points for BFing. It just makes it a little easier for me to make sure I'm getting everything I need.
After 2 losses, we've been blessed with our perfect little man!
