I watched most of last night's episode. She really found a niche where people are willing to hand over their money. I don't think I'll watch it regularly, though. I have issues with shows like Platinum Babies and this seems kind of similar. Too much eyerolling! :-)

I know; that was crazy! A focus group, then dinner party to ask friends, and then they choose one no one liked. And they're worried about how the name would sound when their son becomes president. I'm curious what that all cost!

I watched it and I may have gotten my mom sucked into watching it too. I hated that Asher was on their list and thought it was fitting that after all their queries into public opinion that they picked the one nobody liked.

I know! It must be incredibly difficult to want for something so badly and then have to work with people who not only take it for granted but are irritated by it. I really like her too - she seems super sweet, but like a total badass at the same time.

Before we knew Lila was a girl, our pick for a boy name was Miles Asher. I kept thinking, PLEASE don't use my name - I don't think I'd be able to hear it the same way ever again! And, if they did pick it, and if I do have a son someday, how confusing that he'd have the same name as the president in 2060. I just couldn't do that to my kid. Stick out tongue

And I babysat a Beau when I was in high school. The whole "Bo is only 2 letters" was a weird reason when there's a 4 letter alternative (that looks a lot better!)

Me too.... I can't imagine he's straight...

But OMG she could drop this baby at any freaking minute and they haven't even bought a diaper or clothes? And they aren't wanting a baby to be the center of their universe? um, don't have a baby then.
