i keep getting a "profiles in error" on my computer when i try changing it. does anyone know what this means...?

    The bump can be glitchy sometimes. I would sign off and get back on and see if it still errors out. If it does, I would try again later. I get so PO'd when this happens to me.

    Mine did that for the longest time. I tried like 8 times to change it. I ended up having to delete everything in it and starting over again. It worked for me.
