NAS Pensacola Military Wife

Hello!! Im based here in Pensacola NAS with my Air Force hubby.  We are originally from NJ so I have no one to really talk baby with. We are currently TTC and hoping for the best! This is our first stop on our journey and Im not quite sure how to handle the military way of baby-ing. Between trying to keep the same doctors his training and later having to go away. I really dont know what to expect. Any advice would be great!

    I was born at the Naval Hospital in Pensacola, but that's as much help as I'll be, we are in Jax. Good luck with TTC, it's such an amazing time!!

    Hi, I'm in Pensacola too.  I'm not much help when it comes to military life in a situation like this.  I think there's a military specific board here on the bump that might have some advice for you.  I'd say try not to worry too much about it if you can.  Easier said than done, I know!  Good luck TTC!

    Hey I live in Pensacola too!!  I don't really have very many friends around here either (most of them have moved away or don't have babies).  My parents run a military ministry at their church in Navarre (First Baptist Church of Navarre), if you have any specific questions I can ask them (my dad is retired Air Force, my brother just joined the Air Force, and like I said they run the military ministry) they have the experience and plenty of women there going through the exact same things right now. :)  HTH
