FRIDAY 30DS check in!

Started back shredding yesterday after a week off.  I could definitely feel a decrease in performance after not going at it all week.  I should bump up to L2 (I was L2D5 when I took a break...) but I think I need another day of L1 before I am ready for that!

How is everyone else doing?  Anyone sore?  Or anyone seeing new muscles? Big Smile

  • Yay! I'm on Day 10 of level 1 today. I hurt my knees on day 8 so I bought a brace. It helps but I need one for the other knee now too.  Yesterday I couldn't do any of the jumping jacks because of it. I took some ibuprofen a little bit ago and as soon as  my breakfast settles I'll get to todays workout. I feel like I can see some results and my flub is a little less flubby. Looking forward to moving up to level 2 tomorrow, 1/3 of the way done!

  • day 13 here.  Day 3 of L2.  This is my first time doing it straight through.  I have been running in addition to it too.  I have done it many times before, but usually doing cardio on a day in between.  It is tough doing it everyday!!
  • Day 8 here - L1. 

    Happy to report that I am up to doing the "advanced" versions of all the moves EXCEPT push ups.  I plan to try "advanced" push ups tomorrow, since I can almost do the entire 20 minutes straight through without stopping.  I think I should have a few days under my belt of NO stopping and non-modified push-ups before progressing to level 2.  I haven't lost any weight yet, but my FIL is in town, so we are eating out a lot this week and I haven't been watching my portions....booh...  FIL leaves tomorrow night, so come Monday, I plan to slash my portions.  Although I am BFing and can't restrict calories too much - I'm sure I'm not anywhere near not eating enough - haha!
