I'm finishing up 30DS (halfway through level 3 now) and just got the new Jillian DVD "Ripped in 30." It's the same idea as 30DS - the 3-2-1 approach, 25 minute workouts, with 4 levels instead of 3.
Has anyone done it? Started it? What do you think?
I've done 30DS a few times. This time I did it stretched out over two months, and added more cardio in (running, elliptical) on off days. I also finally got my portion sizes under control and have lost 15 pounds in 10 weeks. (I am now one pound away from pre-baby weight and getting back into my skinnier clothes - woo hoo!)

I liked Ripped in 30 more than the 30DS. Something about the workout kept me more interested and motivated. I'm not really doing anymore though because I'm running more and don't have time, but I'd like to find a way to add it back into my routine.
After 2 losses, we've been blessed with our perfect little man!

I've also done 30DS but a) I get bored with it and b) it's really hard on my knees. Everyone i have talked to has said that they like Ripped in 30 better than 30DS. i hope so!
Some Sort of Nonsense (My Blog)
JM is more annoying in Ripped in 30, but the workout is way more fun. The strength part is divided into 3 vs 30DS's 2.
I'm just in week 1 and so far I like it way more. The time flys and then you're into cool down.
