Post Partum Shopping

i'm back down to my prepregnancy size (not bragging just saying) but i am dying for some new clothes! i'll be 6 weeks post partum monday, and i still have a little jiggly pooch, but i'm thinking about hitting the Gap today for some khakis or some new jeans or some new underwear. has anyone gone and bought new stuff yet?

    I'm not down to my pre-pregnancy size yet, but my maternity pants are really annoying me. I'm going to Goodwill today to look for jeans. I'll only be out $4 a pair so I really don't care that I'll only wear them for a little bit.

    Omg, I can't wait to shop. My pregnany weight is all gone but my pre-preg jeans will not go over my new wider hips just yet. I don't know if they ever will, but in the meantime, I'm sick of wearing yoga pants and maternity jeans!

    Aside from the need for jeans, I am super eager to get some new things just for fun. It was hard not being able to try on regular clothes for 9 months! I'm still in c-sec recoveryland and am not up to a shopping trip, but I might take advantage of my time at home and do some online shopping for now. ;)

    I had a coupon code for 25% off at Old Navy yesterday, so I bought some stuff online... including a pair of jeans 1 size up from my pre-pregnancy size. It killed me to do that, but I'm dying to wear some jeans that aren't maternity jeans! I can get my pre-pregnancy jeans on, but they won't zip all the way.

    I also ordered some clothes for LO. :)

    Brag away!  I do!  It is exciting to be back where you began.  

    I haven't shopped for new things yet because I am not sure how much more I might lose.  I started off overweight and plan on keeping the weight loss going.  I really want a new swimsuit for the summer.  Probably my first one piece since I was 10 years old.  I just haven't seen anything cute!!  One pieces suck.

    so i went to the Gap and they had some jeans on sale but of course the sale items are either a 00 or an XL. but i found my size and they were priced down from $69.50 to $42.99.  win.  tried them on and they fit like a charm.  Win.  went to pay and they rung up at $29.99 WIN!!! i was <this> close to telling the checker that i had a baby six weeks ago and she should be impressed, but i just thanked her and left.
