F/U on naps & Thank you

Just putting T down earlier made a world of difference. I don't know why we were keeping him up so long before or where we got the idea that he needed to be really tired to nap. I'm trying not to kick myself for this. But anyway, a huge thank you. By his third nap today he was asleep in under 3 minutes and little to no crying for all three. Fingers crossed it will continue!
