I try not to complain, but I am only 16 weeks pregnant, and I'm already starting to feel uncomfortable. I feel soo much pressure on my pelvis that it almost feels like contractions. I hope it is just the current position of the baby and not a permanent thing.
Also, ladies - get your core in shape before you get pregnant again! I actually thought I did, but my gosh my back kills me every single night.
I think I'm going to start going to prenatal yoga... did it help anyone else?

i had a very painful, very uncomfortable 2nd pregnancy
a lot of mine had to do with scar tissue from my 1st c/s. and when i was 16 weeks i looked at least 20 weeks, probably more. 
I hope baby moves and you feel better soon and for as long as possible! It's hard being pregnant and chasing a 2 year old!

My back hurt me so much more with pregnancy #2. My doctor gave me a list of stretches to do and they really helped. Ask your doctor about stretching.
Water Aerobics are so great when you are pg. I did them with Alec and they completely helped all the swelling in my legs. I didn't do them with Aerin because she was a winter baby---but I wish I had when my back was killing.
I was DYING with my second. I couldn't breathe and the pressure was insane on my back and pelvis.
Rest.

Thanks ladies. Like I said, I hate to complain, and in all honesty it's not unbearable or anything, but I was just surprised how early it's started this time. And yeah, chasing after a crazy and active 2 year old certainly doesn't help :-)
I think I'm going to try water aerobics though. I just checked, and my gym has a class almost every day - yay1
