I delivered LO 10 1/2 weeks ago. I lost 15 lbs. pretty quickly and I really haven't lost anymore despite walking on the treadmill 2 wks after delivery and then resuming my regular workout (running, walking, weight-lifting) after my 6-wk check-up. I know I need to be patient and that there's a possibility I may never get my abs back, but I'm just wondering what's realistic?

Im on board with the diet thing. I believe a healthy diet and exercise is the only way. I dont believe in walking though. it's good for now, but cardio is the real deal. Just take your time though. you may never see the abs again, but you never know.
