I thought pregnancy brain was bad

Baby brain is worse!  Today I washed the sheets and then put them into the dryer but never turned the dryer on.  I also stopped to get gas and couldn't remember which side the tank was on.  I can NEVER remember which boob I last started a feeding on.  A friend of mine suggested wearing a hair elastic on my arm and change it to the side I need to start feeding on the next time.  That only works when I remember to change the elastic to the other wrist.  Anyone else feel as dumb as I do?  I wonder if my memory will ever come back...

    Thank you.  I feel the same way.  Today I went to the doctor to get a form signed for clearance to exercise.  Forgot the form.  Every day I have one or two 'you've got to be kidding me' forgetful moments.  I'm ready to be a thinking person again.  Thank goodness I'm not back at work yet!

    Last night I carried something up to the bedroom from the laundry room. I got upstairs and couldn't find it. I searched for 45 minutes before finding I had dropped it on the stairs. The worst part was, I kept walking past it because i checked the kitchen about 10 times.

    Baby brain is worse! You do so much and totally forget things. I also noticed that lately I don't remember to take care of myself as much... make up, brushing teeth etc. 

    The other day I went to a nice restaurant wearing my house shoes! Haha

    OMG I can't make a decision to save my life!!  MIL is staying with us to help and she's been great but when she asks me a question about what I'd like for breakfast or which pile of laundry to attack..I go blank and can't respond.  Thank goodness she's a woman who has gone through this and has been very understanding.
